Like most first time home buyers, Virginia was cautiously apprehensive. Her needs were very specific and going over budget was not an option!

I immediately scheduled an in-person meeting and carefully explained everything a first-time buyer could expect to encounter. Armed with knowledge, we set out on our quest to find her new home.  I pointed out possible major flaws in some units, prompting her to keep looking, and advised her to terminate an offer on another home when a very real structural problem was discovered (that could have caused the ceiling to collapse in on her and her cat!)

It seemed that there was a challenge at every turn, but through experience, I knew we would triumph!

Our search continued until finally, we found The One.

It was love at first sight. It has a great layout and is in the perfect location. But the list of needed repairs was long! Immediately, I got to work and was able to get every item addressed. Finally, Virginia closed on her forever dream home!
